Garlic Yogurt Sauce
1 cup plain yogurt
2 garlic cloves (crushed)
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt to taste

Pita bread or Turkish flatbread
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Cucumbers
Red onion slices
Pickled vegetables
Fresh parsley
Instructions
Step 1 – Marinate
Mix yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and all spices in a large bowl.
Add the chicken and coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for 6–8 hours or overnight.
Step 2 – Cook
Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook the chicken for 6–8 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked.
Rest for 5 minutes before slicing into thin strips.
Step 3 – Make the Sauce
Combine yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, and salt.
Mix well and chill until ready to serve.
Step 4 – Assemble
Warm the pita bread.
Spread garlic yogurt sauce.
Add lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, and sliced chicken.
Top with parsley and pickles.
Wrap and serve immediately.
